Are you up for some Stories? Well...the first gathering of the Twisted Ones (herein named Strawfest 2012) just ended, and all the lil bus riders are back in their homes, loaded with new skills in relation to the use of straws. (sorry Terri) I am quite certain that each came back with fond memories, and sore tummy muscles from the laughter in Boxertown. Wish I could have been there!
This week Twisted Sistah, Tater, issued the challenge to make a card related to travel, and to not use "pink" (her most non-fav color!) Lol. I was good this time Sweet Tater! Using an image from Google and some fab DP from a dear friend, this card kinda made itself. The tag is from Verve, and the sentiment is from an unknown source. I used Spellbinders circles and brads to make my wheels. And yes, I know there are only three...that is how the Twisted Ones roll!
Thanks for looking!

Oh my gosh, Sis, this is too stinkin' cute!! Are you sayin' that we rolled UN-EVENLY with only 3 wheels??? LOL!
What a great image of the bus, Sis, backed with the vintage look of yesteryear in those pictures. Love the 'manufactured by creativity' wheels with the screw brads too - your tag says it all too - "Always Friends" is how I think of all my sistahs. You sure did capture the essence of the Straw Fest - (you sure you weren't there, hiding in the bushes, or behind the chair, watching us???) Missed ya' like the dickens! LYMI

Well, this is just precious! I don't know what all kind of trouble you girls get in to when you get together, but it sounds like a heap to me! Love your sweet vintage dp and your wheels too. Oh darn, now I will never get that song out of my head..."and the wheels on the bus go round and round...."
How adorable! I love the old Bus and your sweet lil pictures. Great wheels. The sistah's wouldn't be twisted if they used all 4 wheels. What fun would that be?! So see you knew what you were doing with 3 wheels. After all you're an original Twisted One! This is a great card as always. Lubs ya.

This is so cute and I see the bus is special just like ours. Four wheels, we are not riding on all four so three is perfect. I love the beautiful papers and the lace.

Luverly card! I am trying hard not to think of that song while I am typing this so I may have lots of typos - it gets harder as I type. I love the old image and the sentiment - perfectly matched (just like the TS girls). Wonderful creation my friend - you continually work lots and lots of magic. Hugz and LYMIMI!!!

Oh Pat you are too funny....lolol...;0). Love da' bus. Perfect bg paper for the neat historical set of wheels...so stylin they are...hey maybe it was going so fast the one wheel just did not catch up yet..:0). Great fun job my friend. I have a bit of paper similar to that and now I have an idea how to make it work some as dp is my weakness. Thanks for sharing such a cute bus and great ideas....BUG hugs..:0)
