I used Basic Grey Doily, sparkly (stickles) spots on the shiny icing is Enamel Accents by Inkessentials. I colored with Prismas. THe silver half circles are swiss dots embossed on metallic cs. Silver half pearls complete the corners, and a bit of sheer ribbon complete the tab. Sentiment is computer generated.
