Years ago, when I first got my cuttlebug, I was fiddling with paper combinations for embossing. The bg on this card is a piece of ugly green cs that I'd run through my printer, with a gradient graphics box on AppleWorks (tells you how long ago this happened). Then I trimmed and dry embossed it. It's been in my "What-was-I-thinking?" tub ever since. The banner challenge was motivation: See what kind of inspiration comes from the experiments file with a banner slapped on it. Kinda fun.

In this case, the banner saved the card from the refuse pile!! Looks great. Aren't you glad you kept it??

OOOhhhh! Girl! What a pretty card!!! Don't you just love the fishtail stax????? I just used them on my Christmas Cards!! 2 down, 3 to go for this month. Had lots of fun playing with the flags!!
