This was a REALLY fun project. This uses a simple wall clock I got for under $4 at Wal-Mart. I first took the clock apart totally. I used the existing face plate as a template to make a round of bliss blue & a round of vellum. I randomly stamped different snowflakes w/ different inks on the blue. I then paperclipped the vellum to the existing faceplate as a guide for the numbers. I stamped the numbers and the "Warmest Holiday Wishes" and let the ink dry. I then flipped the vellum round over and stamped more varying snowflakes on the back side. Then I reassembled the clock, put in a battery and set the time. I LOVE IT!!

So cool - I just made my nephew a clock that had 5's the entire way around and wrote - It's 5 o'clock somewhere on it! He loves it - and he is going to hang it up at the bar he works at for everyone to see - I got my clock at walmart too! Cool!

I have wanted to do a clock for some time. I watch Carol Duvall and all of the clocks that they have done seem to involved. This one is just right. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much--I've been holding out to find that "perfect" clock for my daughters'room, and nothing seems to be just the look I want(I've painted Ivy on the walls and plan to do butterflies, ladybugs and dragonflies on the walls). Now I can do something that matches exactly!! Thanks for the FAB idea!
