This card was quick and ended up doing three of these panels and liked this one the best.
A hand squeeze airbrush was used to create the background colors by first masking off the sun (½” circle punched from a sticky note) and ground area (torn paper secured in place with repositional tape) to spray on the sky colors - remove the sun mask and do a couple applications with the darker color. Reverse the masks to cover the sky area and spray on the grass colors. Stamp on the images using a stamp positioner and then add some shadows with the darker color, I put the mask back in place to cover the sky before sparying. The markers used for this card come with the airbrush set. I also did a single spray across the sentiment. You can see the airbrush through the Perfect Paper Crafting link in the next paragraph and the tools list is on the left of the page.
I used the Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting to cut the even borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
The airbrush was used to create color on white cardstock for the yellow borders.
The cattail image is a partial image and part of the image is open so it it was colored in with brown and green markers from Stampin Up.
