Okay, so my stamps DO NOT like to kiss! Many attempts were made. Since I was trying to achieve the TLC375 kissing technique - this caused me distress! Perhaps they have been called to another life.... (mind wandering) Anyway, I arranged the marriage between my Best Blossoms leaves and my crackle BG stamps. Since WT373 called for distressing, I went ahead and distressed the green and brown paper edges as I thought the Powers that Be may not like my original thought on distress. The crackle BG stamp makes the leaves look distressed too. Maybe it was the forced kissing...
Since the TSC0504 was to use three or more SCS challenges of this week, I also used the CAS168 color challenge for this week.
The day started with AARP emailing me to join - EVIL! Then the day got better when a man drove across the street from the other lane, up over the curb, plowed down a major fence post in my front yard , and gunned it and taking out five more posts and fence panels turning them to unrecognizable splinters, took four feet of bark off a very large evergreen tree gouging it, and then hit a street sign that was on the corner of our yard. The police were so impressed three cars came to see.
My brain knows we are blessed because my friend had her kids unload the dishwasher before they walked over and no one was hit. Also the driver and his daughter were okay...
Praise God - Distress now in perspective!

Goodness, Terri - this certainly was a day of disaster on most levels, but certainly not on your card making - the distressing on you card looks very pretty, and after multiple tries, I would say make them into a set of thank you notes - they are truly beautiful!!
Glad you are all safe and no one was seriously hurt - with the possible exception of your tree!! HUGS!
