Funny thing about this card ... I realized that the brick/window combo looked more like the OUTside of a house than the inside, so this looks like you are on the outside looking INSIDE at a lighthouse ... WHAT?? I just choose to believe that these people live in a very rustic old cottage in New England ... so there!
This is for today's Ways to Use It Challenge - to distress your card in some way. I hafta admit that I don't usually "do" distressed ... but the bricks and the window qualify, so I guess this works, right??
Thanks for lookin'!

We're gallery neighbors this morning, Wendy -- and we both used lighthouses. In fact, there are currently four lighthouses in this gallery. You used one of my favorite embossing folders, and I believe you when you say that the people live in a rustic stone cottage by the sea. Beautiful card!

I agree....you're looking out from the inside of a rustic old home! Any way you look at it, your card is so pretty. The lighthouse image is colored beautifully and I really like the embossing folder you used. Great card! Thanks for sharing your creativity.

I still feel like I'm inside, looking out. I didn't really think about the brick wall until you mentioned it. I think the brick looks awesome, and there are probably a lot of homes in Europe that have walls made of them. Anyway, your card is gorgeous!! I love the twill tape, and your colors. A very classy looking card.

You should never point things like that out to people. I thought the bricks and the window were just another take on the lighthouse! Beautiful card no matter how you look at it!
