I almost forgot to do Week #1 of the monthly Verve sketches, so here it is.
I got a lovely birthday card from jodi66. Although mine is very unlike hers (see my RAK album), I was inspired to buy this type of stamp - I am sure it has a name that I do not know (the bg is stamped, leaving the flower and swirls uninked). The stamp is square, so I have omitted parts of the image (gasp!).

I also lightly inked the small punched strips.
