and knew I wanted to use this awesome and simple sketch for a confirmation card. I tried cleaning up my stamp room yesterday, but never actually managed to stamp anything.
Today's technique challege was to go back to simpler days when we had less stuff to play with. The thing I found hardest was no oval nesties and no embossing folders. I used a background stamp instead of background paper - that's going further back. I tried using some decorative scissors to cut some fancy corners on a rectangle that the cross was stamped on, but couldn't get it to look right, so I cut out the cross and mounted it onto a stamped and cut out frame.
EDIT: I changed the dark blue frame for a cream one.
