The Cuttlebug and Argyle embossing folder were used to dry emboss the narrow panel.
I used the Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting to cut the perfect borders. Use any brand craft knife for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
The company also offers a Perfect Squares tool which is now my tool of choice when doing the out of the box technique. You can also find info about that tool in the link provided above.
The nailheads were attached to the card using a product named Glitter Adhesive and boy do they stick tight! I touch a large stick pin to the liquid adhesive then touch the back of the nailhead to pick it up and place it on the card, press down on the nailhead with the finger and pull away the pin and adjust to the proper position if needed.
For the insert and envelope I cut a strip of designer paper and 1/6” light blue cardstock and 1/8” navy cardstock and attach all pieces to the paper with Aleene’s tacky glue. I have a metal attachment on my glue bottle tip so I get just a small stream of glue to avoid warping the paper.
