The CAS Challenge was a sketch by stampercamper(Mary). For the TLC, Judy(StampingQueenJAR) gave us technique called "Magical Masking Tape"...you can read about it HERE. I did not use glossy CS or "real" masking tape. Instead, I used my regular CS and the blue painter's masking tape(less tack). It worked fine.

You just come up with the coolest takes on a technique, Sallie. Love this CAS beauty with the clever tulip placement and that wonderful single mask line.

I can tell already - there will not be enough hours in my day to incorporate all the lovely variations of this technique! This is a stunning way to create a "strip" that goes only part way across the card. And I really like how the stems pop out of the circle.
