As you can probably tell, this is the open view. Leave it to me to state the obvious! LOL... For my tag, I stamped the stork image with Jet Black StazOn ink onto Whisper White cs and colored it with a Blender Pen and a few ink pads. I highlighted parts of the stork with my Two-Way Glue Pen and Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter.

Regina, your card is just adorable. I LOVE the color combo, sweet baby image, tag, itty bitty flowers and die cut leaves. TFS the open and closed versions of your pop up card.
