I needed a birthday card and really wanted to try making these flowers. The instructions for these flowers came from a very talented stamper and can be found here: ~Mini Blooms~ by patsmethers at Splitcoaststampers Pat, I just love these flowers you make and thank you so much for sharing the instructions. I had tiny microbeads everywhere but think they turned out pretty good for a 1st attempt.
The bg idea came from another talented stamper and can be found here: WT362 - Bountiful Borders by Cards_By_America at Splitcoaststampers When I saw this bg that America made I ran straight to Michaels and bought myself one of these MS punch all over the page. I also checked out Youtube to see some of the other amazing things you can do with punches. Will do more experimenting in the future.
The bg, flowers, branches and butterfly are all made with MS punches. I used SU punches for the leaves and the HB label and then Spellbinders dies for those fancy squares. The cs all came from SU.
I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend and thanks so much for looking.

Oh Lynn! Your card is gorgeous! I love your pink blooms and the delish "chocolate" back ground. Lol- beads...yes, they are everywhere, even months after you make flowers, but sooo worth it! I am so happy to see your work again! (((hugs)))

You did a beautiful job with those flowers, I love the colors. I have several of those punch around the page stamps, but have never used them. Now that I've seen how beautiful they look on your card, I'm going to have to experiment.

What an elegant background you created with the MS All Over the Page punch! Your die cut layers and lovely hand made flowers coordinate so beautifully with your background, too.
