Interesting site with lots of inspiration pieces. Thanks, Stef. As soon as I saw the Buddha photo frame, in my mind, I saw a "picture" of the card I wanted to make. My card tells a personal story.
On white base, stamp unknown artist's "flames" stamp. Smudge edges with stamped off Ranger black soot sponge. Stamp Hampton Arts Expressions Half Face in Ranger red brick onto Hot Off the Press crackled, woodgrain paper (it is pure coincidence that where I stamped it, the woodgrain shows as a tear falling from her eye.) Cut out and ahere to Walmart black square. Punch from Martha Stewart butterfly punches, DCVW baroque embossed butterflies, ink in red brick. Computer generate sentimment, punch w/SU punch, ink edges w/red brick. Layer onto SU modern label black. Put it all together. Attach finished square and sentiment w/SU dimensionals. Ink edges of card w/black soot.
This card is also for the Casual Friday CFC46 found here:

What an interesting card this became. I love the face image, and how fab with the flames!

Whoa! I wish ideas for cards came that quickly to me with the IC!!! I stared at that Buddha frame and came up empty. Your creation is absolutely delightful! tfs
