I've used the swirl from Elements of Style for the background stamp, stamping part of it a second time to make the swirl bigger.
The postage stamp has been stamped with the round stamp and Best Wishes stamp from the Vintage Labels Stamp set onto Very Vanilla CS. I've then punched the postage stamp out.
I've cut a bigger square in Indigo CS to go behind the postage stamp and then using the edge of the postage stamp punch, cut the edges of the Indigo square creating a postage stamp border on all 4 sides.
I've then added some bling to finish it off.

I really LOVE what you have made!! Wish I had all the "postage" bits...but I don't...so may have to improvise and see what I can do with what I've got!! But I really like your idea TFS!!
