Wash and dry fabric to allow for shrinkage. Do not use fabric softener.
Use fabric-specific craft ink or acrylic paint mixed with a textile medium. SU Craft ink is great for fabric craft projects.
To prevent your ink or paint from bleeding through the fabric, place wax paper or smooth cardstock beneath the layer you are stamping.
You will need to stamp the image several times. So use a Stamp-a-ma-jig to position your image over it's stamped image. Repeat until you get the desired darkness of color that you want.
Heat Set between images by using a heat tool or dry iron.
Once you have stamped your project, put it in the dryer for about 25 minutes to heat set well. Do not wash your fabric for 48 hours.
Launder according to manufacturer's directions, turning items inside out.
