Late in the day getting to Friday's Free4All challenge to use some sort of pleating/fan fold on our cards. I was playing with some new stamps .
A2 base, green Bazzill edged with gold heat embossing.
Basic Grey Basics manila stamped with French Foliage leaf in Peeled Paint, Wild Honey and Fired Brick. I was trying to add gold just to the edges using Rock and Roll and a SAMJ, but on one green leaf I hadn't let the green ink dry enough first... This layer stitched to the base.
Young Vermillion stamped in Versafine Black on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks - Spiced Marmalade, Barn Door, Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo. I recently bought an American bird guide to help me with colouring . Spellbinders Deckle Rectangles, edges sponged with green and brown.
I made my little fan-fold flower with some very flexible handmade paper, so I was able to make very small creases just by folding it - it's only a little over 1/4" deep.

Sabrina this is really pretty. I love the bg. The French Foliage is one of my most favorite stamp sets. Your bird turned out so pretty. Glad you are having fun with new rubbah!
