Hi Everyone! I had some time to stamp today - YIPPEEEEE!! This card is for two challenges, the first is a Sketch Challenge SC373 - Link Here: {SC373} ) and the second for a very special Teapot Tuesday. Link here: {MMTPT186}
One of my fellow Punchkateer's will be the recipient of this card - Sue aka Coffeestamper - for her son Chris to give to the Hospital in Skenectedy NY, so that they in turn can give it to a child in their pediatric ward for their birthday. When DH asked me who this one was for I said "I don't know", I explained why, and then I nearly cried with joy thinking about how special this place is and how grateful that Hospital will be to receive all the cards we're sending for their little patients.
Anyway - the flower on this card is from a great MFT Die, but halfway though it about got the best of me. I had the Sketch, the colors, everything - but right when I was going to give up I took a break, and when I got back to it everything came together. The flower, flourish, tag and little 'plate' are all colored using the Direct-to-Paper technique. There's lots of glitter on this too - which is hard to see in the photo.
Thanks everyone for looking!

Not only a beauty of a card, but it will mean so much to the child who receives it. Your array of details, diecuts and embellies are phenomenal as only you can do. LOVE your flower and I was amazed how your choice of colors worked as I would have never thought of them. Great job twinzi and it's so good to see you creating again!

This is just gorgeous. You have been busy today pumping out those masterpieces. You're going to need someone to come vacuum your floor and poke out those little pieces that don't fall out of your punches. ...lol Really this is a beauty. I can't imagine some little girl holding this in her sweet hands and feeling absolute joy when she looks at it.
