This was made with yesterday's True Blue Flowers challenge in mind. I'd stamped the blue Linen background yesterday before I went off in a totally different direction, and wanted to use it up.
5 3/4" square base, scored 1/4" in from the edge and dotted with Liquid Pearls (Ocean Blue). Linen stamped on white card with Broken China, edges distressed and some Sizzix foliage laid over it.
Hero Arts Bird in a Circle stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Sepia, and coloured with distress inks, and some H2Os for the bird. I remember seeing a photo of an indigo bunting on Lydia's blog a while back - the most amazing blue!! My flowers are a pale blue . Crackle Accents on the ring. I misted the script area and coloured it with Old Paper, then sponged the edges with Broken China and Bundled Sage. Image panel layered up on very thin foam tape.

I love your sweet bird image! So cute. I really like the way you did the "scripted" area of your card. Elegant look. I also like the liquid pearls around the outside edge of your card. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing your creativity.

Oooh, I think I just picked up this stamp. Of course you know I love the blue bird. I have only seen an indigo bunting once and it was breathtaking! This is so pretty.
