After a work/pleasure trip to NYC last summer, I have such an infatuation with that beautiful city. My favorite building was The Chrysler Building all lit up at night. (If this floor don't shine like the top of the Chrysler Building, your backsides will. - name that movie!) And, I have to say, there was something so cosmopolitan about standing in the middle of the street in theatre clothes and yelling CABBIE!
Very fun to make this mini ATC size canvas with Design Memory Craft supplies. I used blue and green gelatos for background color. I used the turquoise and yellow big brush markers to ink up my stamps. Notice how vibrant the yellow taxi cab is stamped over the gelato colored background. I'm not generally a mixed media type of girl, but was this ever easy!! After the color and stamping were done, I added a little gel medium and glitter for razzle dazzle. Loved working with these mediums.

This is awesome! Also, the Chrysler building and taxi stamps are from Yellow Owl Workshop - the set is called "New York City". Now I have some great ideas for my stamps. Thanks!
