I wanted to try out the Technique Lover's Challenge today which was to use the wrinkle free distress technique. I used River Rock, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede for my marker onto acetate...spritzed with water and laid my Very Vanilla cs onto it. I liked the soft, neutral bg it created. I stamped my grass/flowers in the corner in Soft Suede and my Scripture in Early Espresso. I layered onto Early Espresso and used the ticket corner punch on the corners. I had somehow laid my card base of Crumb Cake into the spritzed stuff so had some splatter going already which I enhanced with the splatter from French Foliage inked with Crumb Cake. I pulled a piece of burlap string for my accent. It is a grey day here and I can't seem to pick up the warmth of the colors in my picture...the card is definitely less stark IRL.
