We have two sweet sisters at our church whose spouses have passed away. I find myself thinking of folks who have lost their "sweethearts" during this holiday. I decided to make them each a "fussy" Victorian Valentine.
My mother gave me eight old magnet refrigerator calendars. I saved the calendar parts for later collage projects. I love this type of papercrafting, but after today...LOL...I don't know how much more of it I can endure. These took waaay longer than I thought they would. They are 7X7 panel cards. A photo of the back of one of them is floating around here somewhere.
This paper already had the glitzy branch on the right. I added images to create my own background along the left two thirds of the paper.
