I was given the on line card making class by my dear friend. I used a couple techniques I learned in the class (masking the frame and stacking cardstock, and coloring your own cardstock) and couple tricks I stumbled across when creating some other projects (using the tasteful trim die for the vase. It also works to create candy and fish. I'll include those in other cards.
Paper: Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink (for layers underneath the focal heart and for the vase on the inside of the card, slivers of Certainly Celery
Ink: Melon Mambo (direct to paper on Pink Pirouette cardstock)
Stamps: Hostess Set Simply Soft
Punches: Hearts (full and small), Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (for flowers inside the card)
Die: Tasteful Trim (for vase inside card)
Card base: 4 ¼” x 8 ½” folded to create a 4 ¼” inch square card.
Post-it square (for masking): 3” square
I didnÂ’t have a background stamp I wanted to use so I arranged the three solid images from the Simply Soft set on a SU E acrylic block minimizing space between the images. I stamped the images in the unmasked frame of the card. I used several generations of stamping and rotated the block between stampings.
