I miss the Bread Basket, and in looking at the ODBD challenge this week, thought I would play along. My card is for a very special friend's birthday. This week ODBD has a challenge to use the letters from the word Winter. Stamping a Scripture in choc chip from ODBD's Scripture Series 2, on a retro kitchen tag from Hobby Lobby and framing with Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish I added roses made from the most delish velvety paper and added pearl centers. I learned to make flowers from one of the best- Tosh. Here is a link to a tutorial: Mini Blooms.

What a wonderful Scripture - when I saw the image on your tag, it made me think of our lives being like a bowl of cherries from God - all gifts for us , but not without getting the "pits"- They are part of the package, all given to us in love by the Father. It is in accepting things as they are given and trusting Him on the outcome, that brings us joy! Thank you for those thoughts!
Your card is so rich and elegant with the chocolatety DP and velvet paper roses, and you have to love how the Cheery Lynn flourish works every time!! Those tags are really coming in handy!!
So good to see you here today!! LYMIMIMI!!!
