This is so pretty! I like the colors--they look flourescent just like undersea would look.
I just submitted (today) an emboss resist that I had done last year when I first got the set. I have never heard of metallic pencils--where do you get them? I think it would be easier than my try at embossing with powder...

The metallic pencils are from Stampin Up. They are in the catalog on page 223. I used a combination of the blues and greens. You need to color in the image pretty evenly and cover well to get the effect seen in the photo. I made a small mask out of a post it note for the Happy Birthday stamp. This is my first post Oh, the jellyfish is stamped on glossy white cardstock. :razz:

I am CASE'ing this card for my W.S. on Sun - thanks so much for the inspiration! It felt good to dig out my metallic pencils - haven't used them in ages :-)
