Sponge Bob Square Pants is popping through a scallop circle hole and peeking past the bubbles of Glossy White paper suspended in sea weed of strands of crinkled thin plastic.
This card is a Teapot Challenge for Joshua, a young lad with health challenges. He loves SpongeBob Squarepants!
I ran the green paper through a circle embossing folder to make it look more like seaweed.
I topstitched the card front with brown thread.
