This may be a bit too much for a CAS card, but I'll put it in the CAS152 challenge anyway, as it has die cuts on it. The background is ink pads dragged over the card (I first made an acetate frame so I could see where the colors were going). A few dabs of white gel pen for the waves. Love my SU shore bird stamp. Words ?? stamp Co. (maybe $store). Die cut embellishments.

I'd certainly class this is CAS and I love it. That was the first SU set I bought - I just had to have it for those birds. Thanks for sharing this beautiful card.

This is just gorgeous! I'm amazed that you made this beautiful beach scene just by swiping ink pads across the page... I'm going to try and CASE this but I know it's not going to look nearly as good as yours! Love those birdies too...

What an amazing scene - this is true creativity, being able to create a gorgeous look with very simple methods - the result is fabulous! Not at all too much for CAS. Into my favs for a TRY at CASEing!

Wow -- your direct to paper is amazing. It looks like a painting! The birds, sentiment, and die cut add just the right amount of detail to the card without eating up all the white space. It's perfect!

Oh my!! What a wonderful beach scene - so gorgeous!! I can almost hear the roll of the waves, the cry of the sea gulls and feel the sand between my toes. Well done!
