I made this card for the Creative Crew challenge to use your newest stamp set to make a non-traditional card. This one took the longest to come together for me. I had about 5 new stamp sets to choose from and I think having so many choices confused my feeble mind! Finally I chose to use Bordering on Romance.
I took the color combination from the new Twitterpated DSP. The small flowers on the Basic Gray are embossed with white EP. The main flower image is also embossed in white and then colored in using a blender pen and re-inkers and cut out with the new Labels Collection Framelits (love them!!). I layered a length of Whisper White satin ribbon over the DSP and then tied a fork bow with 2 lengths of the new Sale-a-bration Everyday Enchantment 1/8" Lucky Limeade organdy ribbon. My "non-traditional" is the shape as I used the new (catching on with the theme here??) Adorning Accents Edgelits die to shape the bottom of my card layers.
