I made 3 of these as money holders for my kids. I did the rosettes by cutting a piece of 1-1/4" designer paper and then using a scallop punch on one edge. I then scored every 1/8" inch and the center is a flower punch from Boho Blossoms. I fussy cut my sentiment banner. I ran the pocket through my Big Shot using the Starburst embossing folder. On the back, I punched out a tag and adhered it to the bottom and used 2 silver brads and the mittens tied the pocket closed. I thought they turned out pretty cute!
