Two of my older kids are heading to a Christmas party tomorrow where they're to wear ugly sweaters. I went on assignment to the thrift store to see if there were any they could use and didn't find any sweaters but did spot this awesome bag of stamps for $4!!!! When I saw this fern I thought of a piece I'd tagged as I looked through the Ten Thousand Villages website which is the site of this week's inspiration challenge. I loved this planter http://www.tenthousandvillages.com/f...planter-medium which I loved, but didn't have any stamps that matched....now I do, YAY!!! This is also a CAS card in honor of this week's queen Nancy Littrell with a layout similar to this card CAS2011winterDT1 Christmas Wish by nancy littrell at Splitcoaststampers
I inked up my new stamp with Versamark then Garden Green and stamped onto Confetti Cream cs. I embossed in clear ep for a ceramic glaze feel. I then cut around this image and layered it onto a piece of Garden Green which I'd corner rounded and sponged. I added my greeting below and a row of pearls that I colored with a permanent marker.

Sounds like a great find even if you didn't get any ugly sweaters. That stamp certainly makes a gorgeous card. You could make a lovely set of coasters like this!
