Hello, I made this candy tree for my neighbors using mini york peppermint patties. I've also entered it into the Dolco Stamps and Cards "Get Your Shine On" challenge here: http://dolcestampsandcards.blogspot....challenge.html. I made one a couple years ago with mini snickers and it turned out really cute too. I wanted to make this one more special and "crafty" by decorating the candy fronts with scallop and stitched circle die stamped with various holiday images and sentiments stamped in brilliant blue. Here is the original tutorial from BHG: http://www.bhg.com/christmas/crafts/candy-trees/. There are lots of sweet possibilities for candy trees and I hope you are inspired to make one too! Hugs!
