Shh....Bubba is on his way to Wyoming, in search if the perfect Christmas tree. Over the river and thru the woods, to Jonathan's house we go! I had to be sneaky to get this done this morning for my DH, THE Buckle Man who soon will be closer to 60 than 50...tee...heee....
The background paper is from a menu from the Black Bear Diner, where Michele & I lunched a few weeks ago with my Bestie, Nat and Sis Kathy in Merced. I knew this paper was destined to be a card the moment I saw "1955" as the headline! Lol! Inside is another clip from the menu, noting the highlights of 1955- the year Gunsmoke debuted and TV, and Lee Meriwether was Miss America. Also cut up the last of those yummy ice-crusted twigs from the floral shop that Michele & I picked up. Sistah, I am going back for more! The fenders and hood have a coat of Crystal Effects, and I added brads to the wheels. The trees are from Stampscapes, and were done in white EP over Olive paper, and I paper pieced a truck from Close to my Heart.
Happy birthday Sweet Man! LYMI...the most!

How do you do it?!! You just seem to find little snippets of time to crank out each little masterpiece sistah!! I KNOW you dream cards and if Bubba were to tell, I bet your hands move in your sleep. YUP, instead of sleep talking or walking, you are sleep craftin'. Then you just wake up and voila, transferred to paper!! I have been busy putting my stamproom back in order that would make Cindie proud And, I just finished coloring up the Hottie chef for Dianne whose b-day is Dec. 6. She wants to conference "cone" call you when you get back!! Well, Happiest of days to the closer to 60 man. Lots of GOOD years in there. YES!! Do get more of those branches. I never tire of seeing all the good stuff you do with whatever touches your fingers. TTMAB--LY
