I did this card for my cousin's daughter. There is nearly one month exactly, between our girls, and her DD has the first 21st. She also didn't want a fuss made of her 21st, but I did have to make a special card for her.
The background behind the basque, is Distress Inks, swiped onto a craft sheet, spritzed with water, next place the CS face down onto it, to soak up the colour. Repeat as necessary to get the colour coverage you want.
I coloured the chipboard 21 with Milled Lavender ink and then covered it with the Stickles Purple glitter glue.
I also couldn't get the rhinestones to match, so a friend lent me the right coloured copic marker to colour some clear ones to match. Perfect. Now, all I want for my birthday is a set of copic markers. What do you think my chances are?

What a perfect card and image for a 21st birthday. I love your spritzed bg! Those rhinestones are great used here! Thanks for sharing the tips about coloring the clear rhinestones with the Copics. I hope you get some. Just a little hint, though. You still never have the right color! LOL You have a lovely creation here! TFS
