Photo showing backside of calendar page for October. Halloween riddle added just for fun.
We're swapping calendar pages this time. We signed up for this swap in groups of 12. Each artist will represent a month of her choice, Joyce will then swap them out, and we will end up with an entire calendar done by all 12 artists. How fun! Details of the swap can be found here:
Inchie - This calendar swap requires an inchie be somewhere on the page. I used the head *snort* of my favorite Frankenstein stamp by Rubber Duck Stamp Company. Stamped in black ink and embossed in clear embossing powder. Micro beads were added and then filled in with purple glitter. Although it doesn't show in the photo, the background is sparkly. I added a ball-chain border to complete the look. hee hee
Danglies - Oh yes, it HAD to be done. LOL I had nice stash of Halloween brads - how could I resist? I de-pronged the brads and used my cordless drill to drill a hole to hang them. Yes, this chic owns a drill, and I'm not afraid to use it! LOL DeWalt is the best brand for cordless drills in case you're looking. LOL The eyeball is a bead that was part of a bracelet that I found at my local Dollar Store. - Love those Dollar Store treasures! hee hee
Calendar was printed on colored translucent vellum. Special thanks to Sandi (gottaproduce) for the generous gift of several sheets of this vellum in lots of yummy colors.
Can you tell that I love Halloween? LOL
Thanks for looking!
