I made an old-fashioned Christmas trinket box with this beautiful Santa image from the Around Christmastime set from Waltzingmouse Stamps. The box is one of those little paper mache boxes from JoAnn's (for a dollar, yay!) I painted it with 2 coats of Plaid Folk Art Paint in Barnyard Red. Then I stamped the image on Vintage Cream cardstock, and colored it with Copics and Antique Linen Distress ink. Cut it out with a circle nestie, and then adhered it to the top of the box with red line tape. The real fun started when I covered the whole box with Tim Holtz Crackle paint in Rock Candy. When it was dry, I distressed the seams and the image with some more Tim Holtz Distress inks!
