Paper Cupcakes. I used a Cheery Lynn Pastry Doily Die that I purchased from Happy Scrappy - http://www.happyscrappy.us/. Go by the Happy Scrappy site and check out their prices and shipping. Love the great contrast of the sharp orange and black. I do so wish I could make a lovely dahlia out of frosting to match the beauty on top of your cupper, Shirley!
