This one was just for fun. I spritzed my card stock with water, then sprinkled instant coffee crystals on it & spritzed again. Some places got a bit too much, so they didn't dissolve. I heated it with my heat gun to dry it (It was very wet). The places where there was a heavy concentration of coffee bubbled and left a shiny hard surface. It was so warped, I needed to press it under something heavy overnight.
I scored from the underside & placed sticker Scrabble letters in the scored squares. It seemed a little bare, so I stamped the little flower from Noteworthy, punched the corner & flipped it forward and added a brad & ribbon. I wasn't sure, but I think I like it.

I love it! Great idea with the stickers and love the colors. Everything works and it's beautiful! I like how the flipped corner draws your attention and the stamped flowers are subtle so you don't see them at first, then it's like a bonus when you do. If you're still not sure you like it, just send it to me!
