Dawnmercedes gave us a tutorial for making this easy-to-do door hanger for a candy bar....to surprise someone with a sweet treat. I didn't have a candy bar on hand, so I wrapped some cardboard in tissue paper, but my door hanger is ready to go when I do get a candy bar for someone sweet!

Love your idea to wrap your treat. It could be anything used that way. Also love the ribbon dangling, great idea!

Way to improvise. I had to use money. Wish I had thought of the wrapped cardboard.
