Hi! I made this card for today's inspiration challenge: Handscapes Gallery. I chose these impressionistic blown glass balls and luminous glass oil lamps as my inspiration: http://www.handscapesgallery.com/Scott_Simmons.html
I used the splatter using forced air with straw technique from week 6 of club 52 at the paper crafter's library, and added sponging on the bottom. It certainly has an impressionistic feel to it, don't you think? I don't know if I really like it; although it has layers of color, it seems flat to me....

Nothing flat about this card. Great site you sent us to today. I've go to the OBX quite often, so this is one place I'm going to make a point of going to. Their metal work is just fabulous ~ just like your card.
