I used a Technique Junkies background Scraped Oil Pastels and ran it thru the Cuttlebug. The seam binding is made with Rose Romance (retired SU) ink. Bling added with Sakura Gelly Roll pen.

Very pretty color and card! I love Rose Romance, it was an ink color of choice in many of my cards for the Hope challenges this month too!
