I loved her bird but wanted to do the paper piecing so I chose instead this cute rocket from the Little Boy Toys set by Sweet 'n Sassy. It's pieced with blue swiss dots and orange dp. I didn't have any silver paper so I pressed some silver ink onto ww, heat set and then cut out the pieces I wanted. The flames are watercolored along with the glass top. The rocket is popped up and then the middle fin is popped up again for extra dimension.
I kept Shellie's orange and blue color combo, layout and the rick rack. I changed the stamp set, added a sentiment and made the nestie into a moon (like Clownmom did yesterday!). The glittery stars were die cut out of thick cs, covered with 2-way glue and liberally sprinkled with ultra fine silver glitter. Inside, I computer generated "hope it's a blast!"
This was a *blast* to make...thanks for looking!

Great card with the paper piecing and fun colors! I can't think of a better way to honor a queen on her birthday, than to go over the moon for her Totally cute
