i was inspired by the maple and acorn pattern to make this card for the 300th inspiration challenge, which is my favourite. stef is the hostess with the mostest; she always visits participants and leaves comments, which makes everyone feel welcome to play. i don't always have the time or mojo, so i was happy i got to have fun today, watercolouring with distress inks and sanding the base. thanks for looking.

You know, Ms. Linda, I've lost track of the number of times I've told you to knock it over there in Ontario. My cards pale in comparison to what you bring to the table. This is a beautiful autumnal card. Love the coloring and what you've done to your embossed panel. very fine indeed.

Oh Linda, been a while since I got to get back on navigate after Irene- sorry I am coming so late!!
Just had to stop and tell you how simply delightful your card is! Love the sanded and embossed swirly background and that adorable image of falling leaves with just the perfect sentiment, backed with the harvest gold color is gorgeous! So glad I got thunked on the head to stop by or I would have missed this beauty of yours. HUgs!!
