One day I noticed that Pat Smethers joined SCS the same day as I did-March 24, 2006! So I chose her as my QFTD76. Pat was also QFTD03, before I started playing! She makes the most incredible cards and there is no way that I can even come close, but I am going to give it the old college try!! Who do I think I am trying to case such a dirty girl?? Oh, well if I must copy, I should copy from one of the best!! QUEEN PAT SMETHERS beautiful card was my inspiration for this "free choice" QFTD!! I can't tell you how many flowers I've punched but never used, because I just didn't think they look good!! So I was determined to make these look okay. I think they turned out pretty well.

Oh Penny Anne, this is just wonderful. I love how your flowers ust seem to flow so perfectly. what a grand slam card this is. Wow, I'll never be able to catch up to you with talent like this. BTW, I did exactly what you told me the other night you do. It's amazing how much better some things look at you take them apart. I was going to call you and give you the good news, but I thought for sure you were out there trying to steal my customers! Happy Labor Day weekend.

You certainly got these flowers right! They are so pretty. The trellis is a perfect way to display them. I had that punch, and, alas, it broke. You made a great choice of QFTD!

Aaaaack! Phyllis, what a splendid array of blooms! I love-love-love this and your beautiful garden trellis too! Lol- we have the same SCS birthday, eh? How sweet! (You bring the ice cream and I will make cake!) Altho I did join that day, it took forever to post. Remember how skeery those first few posts are? Ai yi yi! I am honored by your kind words Phyllis, and would love to also give credit to Smilyn Steph, who was my inspiration for the card you cased. Here is Steph's: Bloom On!.
Thanks and {{{hugs}}}
