Well, this card took FOREVER. I started this yesterday when I was playing around with the embossed kisses technique that was part of Tuesday's technique challenge. I added a twist....I stamped into the Wisteria ink with my solid butterfly then stamped that onto my Northern Flurry embossing folder that was inked with Island Indigo. I then stamped that onto glossy white cardstock. I used a marker to ink up just the body of the butterfly with Concord Crush ink and stamped onto the butterflies. Part 2 this morning I used a cotton ball with alcohol and refill inks (Baja Breeze and Tempting Turquoise) which I then pressed onto the glossy cs around the butterflies. Part 3 tonight I put the sketch together. My panels are a bit larger than the sketch because I started out with the butterfly piece already stamped. I layered a piece of Eggplant rick rack over a large white rick rack and popped the sentiment circle over that.
