Every year for the past several years, I've made lots of Thanksgiving cards to send to family and friends to tell them how thankful I am they are in my life. It's part of my personal crusade to rescue Thanksgiving from a single end-cap at Target, lost between the hyper-commercialism of Halloween and Christmas. Because I see the purpose of these cards as broader than turkey/harvest, I loosen up and have fun with the variety of color schemes and sentiments. This sentiment from PTI's Harvest Berries set is perfect, and the color scheme means this card goes to my UNC-Chapel Hill fan uncle and aunt.
Love the card & love that I'm not the only one trying to rescue Thanksgiving from the hustle & bustle :-)
Been looking at that PTI stamp since the release - after seeing your card, I think I'll have to break down and get it. Thanks for sharing!
You knocked this one out of the park on so many levels.
One of my all-time favorite cards; love the ginko leaves, adore the sentiment, and that Carolina blue is out of this world.
