I combined a VSN challenge with this week's Inspiration Challenge. The inspiration challenge is an Etsy store called Urban Rose, and I was inspired by a locket showing a scene with the Eiffel Tower -- It's one of the ones Stef showed a photo of in the challenge post: IC299 ~ Urbanrose {08-27-11} by SmilynStef at Splitcoaststampers
I combined that with a VSN challenge to do a card in the colors brown, ivory and blue (for denim, cowboy clothes). I used both a faded denim color and a darker "new blue jean" blue to mat the towoer image. Card is based on sketch 345. The background stamp has a French script, and I added a couple of travel related charms and some "inspirational/aspirational" sentiments. I guess this one qualifies as a collage.

Those VSN colours worked perfectly to combine with those gorgeous Eiffel Tower lockets. I wished and dreamed that we'd make Paris this year, but alas we haven't made it yet.
