I used a vintage image that I found on the net for this card. I used SB deckled rectangle to cut it out and mounted it on two pieces cut with curved rectangles-CB Victoria and Argyle EF's. Placed it on SU Neutrals DSP which I stamped with SU Elements of Style. Gave it a small rose trim and some leaves CB with swiss dots. Thanks for looking-I appreciate your comments!!

The deckle edge works so well with that vintage image. I must say she reminds me of vintage ads for our national airline - the hostesses uniforms are a similar colour.

What a terrific retro card! Love the image and the scrolls stamped on your bg DP.....great idea. You come up with the greatest ways to put images on your cards. I applaud you.

Great interpretation of the Urbanrose inspiration. The printed paper, in view that "Kate" is reading, is neat. I like the emb pieces and the SB die you used to cut them. Nice card.

Your image is set atop a beautiful mix of shapes and papers...the vintage newsprint and lovely flourishes coordinate perfectly with your 'old-times' theme.
