This card was made for this week’s Teapotter’s Challenge/Destination Station – for more info, please see here Teapot Tuesday Destination Station - OLD INFO by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers post #241. PJ is another young man dealing with cancer. April is PJ’s golden retriever so I hope he’ll like the personalization!
Printed digi and coloured with prismacolour pencils and OMS. The original image has a sign that says ‘Private’ but I cropped out that small portion and created computer text that says ‘April’. Cut paw print dp to fit pre-embossed frame. Cut and embossed the olive cs and also used same cs to add a layer behind main image. Distressed the edges of main image and embossed olive pc. Punched corners of main image.
Printed sentiment and punched out. Layered with pop dots on a circle punched from paw print dp. Attached ‘April’ after colouring and distressing (with pop dots)
Attached brads at the bottom. We were requested to send funny cards but I seem to have trouble with ‘funny’ . . . cute I can do though so I hope PJ enjoys it! Tfl
Card is 5 x 7”
Note to Teapotters: I wonÂ’t be able to comment much over the next weeks. I am having trouble with my right hand with carpel tunnel, a pinched nerve and tendonitis! Making cards keeps me sane so IÂ’m going do as much as I can!

Charlene, This is one sweet card and goldie image!! It makes you just want to get a goldie and curl up with it, they are such sweet dogs.
First and foremost, take care of yourself and your hand/wrist. Second, if you can find the Creative Comfort gloves, they may help. They do help me. They are green and go to just before your fingernails and back behind the wrist. I use mine when my hands/ wrist are bothering me!

awe...This is so touching...and has that golden look , ours will have that face too...reminds me a lot of our retriever...we have this small pool in the backyard, just big enough to cool off, and as soon as our back door is open shewill jump into our pool in seconds literally i counted 4 once and its not that close...lol...they love water so, adn if we dont get in quick enough , her little face looks over the blown up edge just like this as to say are you guys comin...lol...TFS...:0)
...Will be praying your hand gets better too, that must hurt.
