I love visiting farms, especially to see their gardens near their cottages. I love front porches with floral gardens nearby. So inviting to me to sit and take a break! Fall is my favorite season and I love fall floral bouquets. I tried recreating the fall colors in my little flowers by layering up with my SU and Martha Stewart markers. In my foyer, there is a red and yellow floral mirror that inspired my creation. I pulled out my pinking scissors- surprised I still had them!! I also tried pleating. First, I attempted with some pink ribbon and it came out ugly! Then I remembered there was a tutorial about paper pleating, so I did that with paper and it was so much easier!! Great job with your inspiration piece! Glad you got to try something new with the paper pleating! Love the look of the pinking, too. Thanks for playing in my DTGD challenge!
