Fabulous, Kathy! I love how your border punch ties into the sentiment panel...how wonderfully coordinated of you!! The colors you chose are absolutely wonderful...the image is (of course) colored in magnificently and the center step design compliments your card perfectly! Great flock, too...looks awesome on that yummy cupcake!
